Deliverability
Checking contact update and suppression features
Check how sales tools update contact fields, preserve corrections and enforce stop requests in configured routes.
Deliverability
Checking sender authentication before an outbound pilot
Verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC on messages sent through each actual outbound route before starting a sales email pilot.
Deliverability
Choosing when to stop contacting a prospect
Set explicit stop conditions for outbound contact, including opt-out, irrelevance, handover and lack of new purpose.
Deliverability
Diagnosing a low reply rate by audience and message
Separate delivery failures from audience and message questions, then choose a bounded check for a low outbound reply rate.
Deliverability
Investigating bounced sales emails
Read nondelivery reports, distinguish temporary from permanent failures and choose a response that fits the actual bounce reason.
Deliverability
Measuring opportunity acceptance after an SDR handoff
Define sales-owner acceptance, track returned and pending SDR handoffs, and calculate a rate without equating CRM records with decisions.
Deliverability
Passing the prospect's own words rather than inflated claims
Keep prospect statements, estimates, SDR inferences and open questions distinct so the next salesperson starts from an accurate account.
Deliverability
Protecting suppression lists during sales tool changes
Move opt-outs between sales tools by reconciling records, pausing sends and checking that each relevant sending route respects suppression.
Deliverability
Recording opt-outs across sales systems
Capture opt-outs once, propagate them across all sales systems and verify that queued messages cannot re-contact the person.
Deliverability
Recording sequence changes and their results
Keep a usable sequence change log, preserve stop rules and interpret results with comparable groups and clear limits.
Deliverability
Rejecting a meeting that is unlikely to help either side
Check purpose, fit and participants before booking a meeting, then offer a useful alternative when the meeting will not help.
Deliverability
Checking sales-sequence delivery before and after launch
Preflight CRM contacts and sending routes, pause an affected outbound sales cohort and resume through a permitted small batch.
Deliverability
Separating technical delivery issues from poor targeting
Use delivery events, authentication and account records to assess whether weak outbound response reflects a mail-system issue or poor targeting.
